Today we're featuring another NexGen house flip! The Seguin Flip is a cute brick house that was built in 1973. The home was originally 4 bedroom/2 bath and 1300 sq. ft. It was dated and dusty inside when NexGen purchased it, complete with popcorn ceilings, old tiles, a sagging kitchen, and wild bathrooms. One bedroom was sacrificed to create the luxurious master bathroom and walk in closet while the carport was enclosed to create an indoor laundry room and additional space in the open concept living and dining area.
