The Ranch Flip - NexGen Custom Homes

You've seen what NexGen Custom Homes can do with a new build (via the recently completed Compass Rose home), Today we're sharing the other type of NexGen Home which is a house flip. 

This green ranch in Seguin, Texas, was built in 2000. It's got 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home is 1942 square feet and the lot is nearly an acre. 

When NexGen took over ownership of the ranch it was in rough shape! The previous owners began renovating the interior but never completed it and they left a ton of junk behind! NexGen Custom Homes quickly rented a dumpster and removed all junk and unfinished project materials before getting started on the renovations.
