This NexGen Custom Homes NEW BUILD isn't a house but a 3 car garage in New Braunfels, Texas.

This 3 car detached garage is an addition to an existing home. Walk seamlessly from home to garage via the beautiful wood pergola. 

The garage includes 700 sq ft.  A second story loft above adds another 700 sq ft to the space. The 3 exterior windows welcome  natural light into the garage and the loft.

Building the Garage

The homeowners' original contractor kept pushing back the start date for this 3 car garage project. The clients had the foundation poured and the plans in hand yet the construction seemed like it would never begin. How frustrating!

The homeowners connected with NexGen Custom Homes at the beginning of May and the garage is COMPLETED now in mid-July! The cars are able to be out of the Texas heat and sun for the remainder of the summer.

NexGen Custom Homes built the 3 car garage and the connecting pergola (while they did not create the plans, foundation, or driveway).
